Q: What's the way of shipping?

A: These are all heavy machines, we suggest you use cargo ship. 

Q: What's your way of packing the machines?

A: A: We use air bubble film to wrap the machine inside, and ply-wood cases outside to ensure its safety.

Q: Do you have oversea aftersale service? Do I have to pay for the technical support?

A: Yes, we can offer technical support abroad. If you have technical problem, we will send our engineers to your country. 

Q: Is it hard to use these machines?

A: No, not hard at all. After you buy our machines, you can send your engineers to our comany, and we will train them how to use these machines. For our previous clients, at most 2 days is enough to learn to operate the machines.

Q: What is the terms of payment? What about the trade terms?

A: T/T, L/C are ok. 30% pay in advance, the balance before shipment. 

You can choose FOB, Shenzhen.

Q: Does your machines have quality certificate? How can I trust your products?

A: All of our machines have passed RoHS,  CE certificate, and they are PB free. Our company has entered markets in Europe(Spain, Italy,Tukey...) Asian(India, Bangladesh, Vietnam,Kazakhstan, Pakistan...)  Middle East(Saudi Arabia, Egypt...), Russia, USA, and Africa; and have established good cooperation with clients there. You can also pay a visit to our company in Shenzhen, China. 

Q: How about the delivery time ?

A:Normally order will need about 30 days after receive deposit. Urgent order about 1week at least.
